Leads tab and category management

The Leads tab appears in the Offers section when at least one lead has been generated. Leads are presented in the same view as offers and deals, grouped by lead categories.

Leads view

  • Category columns show leads broken down by their category (e.g., Category Leads). Idea, meeting, mapping).

  • At the top of the column, you'll see the total revenue estimate (€) for leads in that category.

  • The view can be limited by customer or employee.

  • Leads can be sorted by name or expiration date .

Individual Lead Details:

  • Customer Name

  • Lead name

  • Maturity date

  • Revenue estimate

Lead color coding:

  • Green background: The due date is in the future

  • Red background: The due date has passed

The lead's comment appears when you hover over the lead. In addition, messages can be added to the leads, which can be used, for example, to track the progress of sales.

Lead editing

  • Click on the lead to open the edit view

  • From the edit view, you can update, delete, or bid on a lead

Manage your lead categories

Lead category names can:

  • Edit

  • Add

  • Delete

Editing instructions:

  1. Click on the name of the category you want to open the edit view

  2. Make the changes you want:

    • Edit existing names directly into fields

    • To add a new category, enter a name on the blank line

    • To remove a category, clear the field completely

Note: When a category is deleted, the leads under it will disappear from view, even though they will remain in the system.

  1. Press Save for the changes to take effect.
