Lead management in Koho
In Koho, you can manage potential customers and sales leads with leads . Leads can be found in the Offers menu, where they can be created and viewed.
Content of the instructions:
Add a lead
Go to the Quotes menu and select + Lead.
Fill in the basic lead information:

Configurable fields:
Customer: Select an existing customer or create a new one. A new customer is created in the system with a name, but other information is left empty. In the future, new customers can be found on the Customers → Prospects tab.
Lead category: Select a category from the drop-down menu to the right of the customer's name. The categories you choose depend on your account settings.

Expiration date (optional): You can set an expiration date for a lead.
Salesperson: Lead saver by default. You can switch to a different user.
Estimate € / Estimate €/month: Estimate the potential revenue from the lead.
Lead title: The title for the lead.
Comment: A more detailed description of the lead. The comment does not appear in the listing, but appears when you hover over the lead.
Press Save. The lead is saved and displayed:
On the Leads tab, under the selected category
Offers → in the All tab

Edit, delete, dismiss, and turn a lead into an offer
Open the Leads tab and find the lead you want.
Click on a lead to open it in preview.

In Preview, you can:
Edit the lead and save the changes
Permanently delete the lead (no longer visible anywhere)
Reject a lead (removes from the Leads tab, but still appears in reports)
To create a quote , press Quote template
N.B! When a lead is bidd, the lead will be removed from the Leads tab. The customer, name and due date are automatically transferred to the offer. See more detailed instructions: How do I create a new offer in Koho?
