This procedure walks you through how to add, delete, and copy task lines in the weekly view of the Timesheet.
Content of the instructions
1. Add a task bar
For time registration, you need a task row in the Timesheet's weekly view. To add a task bar, follow these steps:
Click + Add in the bottom left.
In the window that opens, you can add tasks or work orders.
Add tasks
To limit only your projects, select Only Your Own.
You can also filter tasks by project manager, project group, or search terms.
Click on the customer's name and select the desired task from the row by pressing + Add.
To add all customer tasks at once, select + All.
Add work orders
Search for a work order by the name of a customer, project, or work order.
Open the work order line and press the + Add button on the right side.
Close the window by clicking the X in the upper right corner or by pressing the ESC key.

2. Copying the previous week's template
When you move to a new week, you can copy the previous week's task rows by pressing the Copy button above the week view.
Koho brings the previous week's task lines to the new week (without hour entries).
Remove unnecessary lines from the tick or add new ones by pressing + Add.

3. Delete a task bar
You can delete a task line only if no hours have been logged on it:
Remove the attachment on the right side of the row to remove the task bar from view.
If there are entries on the lines:
First, delete all hours (set the hour value to 0).
Delete any shifts.
Finally, remove the pin to make the row disappear from view.

4. Add a taskbar as a favorite
To add a task bar as a favorite, click the star symbol in the row:
Favorite rows are automatically copied for future weeks.
To remove a row from your favorites, click the star again to remove it entirely.
