Making contractual increases

Contract increases are a tool that can be used to make percentage price changes to seasonal contracts. Raises can be found in Koho's Agreements section, on the Raises tab.

5. Activate and edit a raise

A new raise is started by pressing the + Adjustment button.

1. Information

By clicking on the raise button, a new form will open, where you can fill in the necessary information for the implementation of the contractual increase.

• Name: Enter a descriptive name for the raise.

• Increase %: Enter a percentage change (e.g. 5 or -10). A negative value lowers prices.

• Round up: Set the rounding accuracy of prices. E.g. A value of 1 rounds the price to the nearest euro.

• Date (optional): If set, the raise will be automatically activated on that day. If not, the boost will be activated manually.

• Description (optional): You can add a more detailed description of the raise.

2. Product

On this tab, you can choose which products to apply the increase to:

• You can select individual products, product groups, or special groups.

• If no products are selected, the increase will apply to all products subject to seasonal charges.

• Only seasonal products are visible.

  

3. Agreements

Select the contracts to apply the increase to:

• Contracts can be selected individually or by groups (for example, by customer group or special group).

• Use the Unselect button to cancel the selected groups.

• Contracts can be easily selected at once by clicking on the ✓ symbol next to the group.

4. Price lists

If you also want to apply the increase to price lists (for example, starting prices for new contracts), this is specified on the Price lists page of the form. Making a price list change is not mandatory.

Then press save (saving does not activate the boost).

5. Activate and edit a raise

Automatic activation

If a date has been set for the increase:

• Date in the past: the boost will be activated immediately.

• Date in the future: the upgrade will be automatically activated on that date.

Manual activation

If no date has been set or you want to activate the upgrade immediately, use the Execute button in the Status column of the promotion listing.

Edit before activation
Before activating a raise, you can make changes to it:

• Click the name of the raise to open it.

• At the top, tap Edit.

• Be sure to save your changes.

Activated raises can no longer be edited.

Note: The increase will affect the next contract invoice that is generated. It doesn't affect invoices that have already been created.
