If necessary, administrators can edit contracts in Koho through the management view.
The agreements in Koho are divided as follows:
Pending: Contracts that haven't started billing yet.
Active: Plans that are currently billed.
Expired: Contracts that have expired (for example, fixed-term contracts or one-time charges).
Edit an agreement
To open the deal, click on the desired deal line.

In the preview window that opens, select the Edit button. You can also search for contracts using the search box in the upper right corner. The button next to the contract name will take you directly to edit mode.
Make any necessary changes to the content of the agreement.

N.B! Editing an agreement does not automatically update invoices that have already been created. For example, if you want to update product prices or quantities on an already created contract invoice, use the Contract changes tool. More information: Sopimusmuutokset ja niiden laskuttaminen.
Suspension of the contract
From the agreement preview view, select the Terminate button.

Specify the date on which the agreement ends.
If you wish, you can create a separate final invoice at the same time and add the invoiced rows to it.
