Invoicing and confirming quick sales
Instant transactions are managed on the "Sales" tab in the "Invoices" section. The tab will appear automatically when at least one open instant store has been set up in the system.
Content of the instructions:
Confirm quick sales for contract invoicing
If an express store is marked to be added to an invoice for a contract period, it must be confirmed before invoicing. After confirmation, the express transaction is automatically attached to the invoice for the contract period.
Confirm all quick sales
Go to the "Quick sales" tab.
Click "Select all".
Press "Confirm selected".
Confirm individual quick sales
Open the customer's row from the listing.
Look for the "Uninvoiced" section , which shows instant deals that are pending confirmation.
Select the desired lines.
At the top of the screen, click "Confirm selected".
Invoicing a single quick deal
If the express store is not tied to an invoice for the contract period, it must be invoiced individually.
Open the customer's express store line.
Find a billable quick sale.
Click the "Invoice" button on the right side of the row.
In the view that opens, select the billing method you want:
New invoice: Create a completely new invoice for the quick store.
Add to existing invoice: Select the open invoice to add the product to.
Invoicing multiple quick sales at once
If you want to invoice multiple quick deals at once:
Go to the "Sales" tab.
Click "Invoice several".
Creating New Invoices for Multiple Quick Sales
Select the customers whose express stores you want to invoice.
(Optional) Click on "Show/hide products" if you want to select the products individually.
Fill in the required billing information.
Click on "Invoice selected".
Allocate quick sales to existing invoices
Go to the "Allocate to invoices" tab.
Select customers and their open invoices.
Click on "Allocate selected invoices" and the selected quick ssales will be added to the selected invoices.
