You can open unbilled projects as follows.
Location:
Projects → Uninvoiced (found on the left side of the page)
Content of the instructions:
1. Invoicing directly from the project phase
If a fixed billable amount has been defined for a project stage, you can invoice it directly from the project card:

Open the project card and find the stage that you want to bill.
Mouse over the amount – a Invoice button will open.
You can choose one of three modes of action:
Quick Sale:
Select the product and the seller.
Show the net amount, enter a name and a calculation description.
By clicking Invoice, an express deal is created on the Invoices → Quick Deals tab.
Create an invoice:
Enter the invoice date (default current date).
Select the product and the seller.
Check the amount, adjust the name and explanation if necessary.
Click Invoice → the new invoice will appear in the Invoices → Uninvoiced list.
Add to an pending invoice:
Select the invoice from the list.
Select the product and the seller.
Check the amount, enter a name and a description.
Click Invoice → the product will be added to the selected invoice.
If an invoice line already exists on another invoice, you can mark the step as invoiced without creating a separate invoice line:
Select the target invoice and press Apply – this does not add any new line items, but marks the step as invoiced.

2. Mass invoicing with the Create Quick Sale feature
An easy way to work on multiple projects or stages at once:
Go to the Create Quick Deals action from the Unbilled section.
In the window that opens, you will see a list of billable project switchboards.
Filter by Confirmed/Unconfirmed/All steps.
Enter your preferred billing date and select your product.
On the right side of each step row, an Invoice button appears.
Press it → Koho will automatically create an express deal for the responding step.
Express transactions can be found for further processing on the Invoices → Quick Sale tab.
