This guide goes through how the administrator can view and edit the employees' billable hour entries. Hour entries can be edited in several dashboards, but the most effective options are:
Location:
Reports → Billable hours (found on the left side of the page)
Reports → Cumulative hours (found on the left side of the page)

Billable hours report
Open the report
On the Reports tab, select Billable hours.

Narrow your search if necessary
Narrow down the data, for example:
Period
Customer
Project
Task
by employee

Hint: If the results are missing data, check the selected filters.
View and open hour entries
You can navigate to individual entries through the following tabs, for example:
Customer: Select the customer → task/employee → hour entry
Project: Select the project → task → hour entry
Month: Click on the blue number of hours in the month view → select the entry
Person: Select a worker → select a posting
All shifts: Find a shift → open edit view

Cumulative hours report
Open the Cumulative hours report.
Select an employee and a month.
Click the date in the month view.
Select the desired hour entry.

This opens the editing view, which is discussed in the next section.
Time entry edit view
In this view, you can update the following fields:
Basic
Date
Start and end time (input or slider)
Hours (billable or contracted hours)
Sis. (internal hours)
Client and task
Comment to the customer (+ Comment)
Change customer (edit button to the right of the customer's name)
Assignment (select from the drop-down menu)
+ Other projects: Show the customer's other projects

Functions
Save: save changes
Delete: Deletes the posting (confirmation request)
Return: Returns to the worker for processing (Unconfirmed tab). If necessary, add a comment.
