These instructions describe how the devices work in Koho and how to manage them.
The device can be, for example, modems/server room parts provided by the IT Company and so on, of which you want to keep a document in Koho where they are located, and to whom which devices have been sold.
Content of the instructions
Devices view
In the Devices view, you can see which customer has which device in use and by clicking the +Device button, you can create a new device.
On the categories tab, you will find the device categories and a new one can be created by clicking "Add"
On the Tag tab, you can add different Tags to devices.
Add a device
To add a device, press +Device
Device Settings:
Customer
Device name
Device serial number
Explanation
You can add a Parent device to a device
Select whether the device is Billable or Contracted
Service level: whether the device is in the company's SLA order of urgency
Category
You can select to add a device to the Contract, in which case the Contract Product with which the device will be invoiced
You can also add a device to a project

Devices on the customer card
The devices can be found on the customer card under "Devices". From which you can also directly add a new device to the customer by pressing the +Device button.
