Customer-specific price lists in Koho
Koho can be used to define customer-specific prices for products. This enables individual pricing of products for different customers – for example, the product "Expert work" can cost customer X €50/h and customer Y €75/h.
Content of the instructions:
Create a price list
Functions:

Basic price list information
At the top of the window that opens, fill in the following fields:
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Name | A recognizable name for the price list. |
Description | Optional additional description for the price list. |
Validity | An optional period when the price list is active. |
Person in charge | The person who is responsible for the price list. Available for filtering. |
Category | Use a group to categorize a price list. Categories are managed with the "Groups" button. |
Pricing priority | Specifies the priority of the price list if the same product is also priced elsewhere (e.g. on a project-by-project basis). |
Importance | Specifies the order of the price lists if the customer uses more than one price list. (By default, only one price list per customer is used.) |
Rounding of the % price | Specifies the nearest value to which percentage changes are rounded (e.g. 1 = rounding to the nearest euro). |
Product prices
Below the price list settings, you can find a list of products:
The default price of the product is shown in gray.
Enter a new price for the product – the font will become bold.
Hover over the price to see the original price in the pop-up window.
By clicking on the € sign, you can change the pricing to percentage-based (% sign). E.g. The value "20" means +20% of the original price.
Percentage changes are automatically updated if the base price of the product changes.
Negative percentages can be used to determine discounts.
Note: For percentage pricing, it's a good idea to use the % price rounding setting to keep prices clear.
Price changes by product group
You can also make price changes for the entire product group at once:
Enter a price or percentage value in the product group field – the change applies to all products in the group.
Associate customers with a price list
Below the product list, it is defined which customers are covered by the price list:
Select customers individually or by groups (customer groups / special groups).
After selecting, scroll up and press Save.

The price list will take effect for the specified customers immediately after saving.
