This procedure describes how to manually create a new invoice in Koho. This guide covers the following steps:
1. Creating an invoice
You can create a new invoice from any of the admin views by clicking on the + Invoice button located on the left side of the search box. The same button can also be found on the left side of the Invoices section.

In the New Invoice window, you specify the customer for the invoice:
Search for an existing customer using the Search for customer field.
To create a new customer, click + New customer, and enter the required customer information.

2. Invoice details
General information

Billing Date | The date on which the invoice is dated |

No summary invoice | Prevents the invoice from being merged with summary invoices |

3. Add product rows
To add products:
Click the + Product button.
Search for a product by name or code, or browse the product register.
If necessary, open the product packages with the Open/Close button.
Add the desired products by clicking the + sign on the left side of the row.
The selected products are displayed at the top of the view.
Click Add selected products when you're done.

The product can be removed from the picklist by ticking the box or exiting the view by pressing the ESC key.
4. Edit row data
The rows can be edited directly in the fields or by clicking on the product name. You:
Change the number of pieces and the charge.
Arrange rows by dragging.
Deletes the row with the trash can icon.
The extended edit form contains the following fields:

Customer account | Chart of accounts selection (if applicable) |

If the line has shift information, the worker and the task are also shown. The task can be edited by clicking the edit icon next to the task name.
Save
Once all invoice information has been entered:
Click the Save button in the bottom left corner of the form.
