Expense Invoice: Customer Invoicing
You can view the expense invoices in the Invoices → Expense Invoices section.
When products or expenses to be invoiced from the customer are added to the expense invoice, Koho automatically creates a quick deal when the expense invoice is saved. Pikakauppa is a sales transaction that can be used to transfer the costs associated with an expense invoice to customer invoicing.
Operating logic:
Each invoice row allocated to a customer becomes a separate quick sale.
Quick stores can be found on the management page under Invoices → Sales.
Quick deals can be confirmed and invoiced according to the normal sales process.

N.B! If no sales price or customer information has been entered in the product information, the express store may not be generated correctly. Check that all lines that are invoiced to the customer have been filled in carefully before you save the expense note.
