This instruction describes how to create an annual holiday period and the accrual of annual holiday days for users.

Annual holiday accruals are added from the Reports section on the management side, the Holidays and absences tab, the Holidays section and the +Holiday button.

Setting up the holiday season

The creation of the holiday season is started by clicking the +Holiday button.

  • Let's give the holiday season a name

  • the date when the holidays for the accrual period can be taken

  • How many days of vacation have been accumulated, select the users to whom the accumulated vacations will be set

Koho recommends establishing a holiday season, according to the holiday accrual period, so that the employee knows how many holiday days they have earned to take during the accrual period.


Set and edit vacation days

You can edit the accumulated annual holiday days by selecting the holiday season, the edit form can be opened by clicking on the holiday period date.

  • Add the accumulated days, select users, and then save.

⚠ Incorrect entries can be overwritten with a new number or by entering zero as the number of days (=deletion)
