Work Orders Report

Location:
Reporting → Work orders (found on the left side of the page)

Content of the instructions:

  1. Structure and content of the report

  2. Report filtering options

  3. Review of work orders and clients

  4. Status icons

  5. Exporting the report to excel

1. Structure and content of the report

The report is divided into recurrence categories (e.g., monthly, yearly recurring work orders). For each work order, the following is shown:

  • Ratio of Performed / All Actions

  • Number of overdue measures

  • Net value of billed hours

  • Hours used (hours accepted) in relation to estimated working hours

  • Number of customers attached to the template (shown after the work order name)

2. Report filtering options

You can limit the content of the report on the following grounds, for example:

  • Customer

  • Work order template

  • Interval

  • Person in charge of the work order

  • Customer responsibility

Once you have selected the desired crops, click on the "View" button.

In addition, you can:

  • Use the "By Group" field to sort according to the view of the report

  • Select "Show" to group all periods together and see summary information (actions, invoices, clocking vs. estimate)

3. Review of work orders and clients

  • Click on the work order line in the report — you will get a list of all the customers associated with it.

By clicking on a customer joint, you can see:

  • Status of the measures

  • Invoiced amount

  • Shifts assigned to work orders

  • Estimated working hours

Moreover:

  • Click on the shifts or the invoicing amount — a window will open where you can see all the shifts allocated to the work order in question.

4. Status icons

  • When a work order is completed, the background of its action column turns green.

  • Once the shifts and invoicing have also been processed, they will also turn green. This visual indication helps to track the progress of the work at a glance.

5. Exporting the report to Excel

  • "Breakdown (Excel)" takes all work orders on the report to their own lines – including detailed information (products, billing information, costs)

  • "Table (Excel)" takes the same summary as the report – without any details
