This guide explains how to update the prices and names of products with contracts to match the information in the product register. The process is especially suitable when the price list in the product register has been updated and you want to make sure that the products on the contract are also up to date.
Note: If the customer has their own price list for the product, this will be set as the price of the product in the contract. If the contracted product cannot be found in the customer's price list, a price found in the product register will be set for it. So, before using the tool, check that the prices in the price lists are correct.
Remember to make a backup!
You can make a backup copy of the contract listing by pressing the Excel key, before making changes.
