The Excel table that you are importing should have the following columns:
Customer: name or customer number
Product Name
Number of pieces
Example table:
Customer | Product Name | Pcs |
|---|---|---|
Company Ltd | Product A | 10 |
123456 | Product B | 5 |

In the Koho system, go to: Invoices → +Sale
Open the Excel (Mass) tab
Select an Excel file Select a file...button

Import preview and edit
Koho opens a preview where you can review and, if necessary, edit the information.
From the Salesperson menu, you can assign a common salesperson to all lines.
Import invoice description (optional)
To add invoice legends:
Select the Labels tab at the top of the page
Koho looks for the number of pieces in the calculation legend in the adjacent column
Invoice legends appear on each row after uploading

Smart Search (optional)
You can use the Smart Search option for customer search. This option searches for the customer's name so that at least part of the name typed in Excel matches the name stored in Koho.
Note: If you have a lot of similar customer names in your system, we don't recommend using this feature.
