Create a one-time assignment

This instruction describes how to create a one-time recurring work order in Koho using a template.

What is a one-time assignment?

A one-time work order is a randomly recurring task that can be created using a template. This feature is especially useful when the work does not take place at regular intervals, but nevertheless requires a certain structure and content.

The feature is only available if it is enabled in the company's background settings, and the administrator has created the necessary work order templates.

If you are not familiar with creating work order templates, read the instructions: Työmääräyspohjan luominen.
