This instruction describes how to create, edit, and delete a customer.

You can create a new customer through the "Customers" section.
Navigate to the Customers section of the administration side. This is where you can view, manage, and add new customers.
A new customer is added by clicking the +Customer button.

In the Customer creation form, the following tabs are available:
Basic
Address information
Billing settings
Contact persons and persons in charge
Timesheet project
Basic
At a minimum, the Name field must be filled in from the customer's basic information

PRH application
📌 Use the PRH search to speed up the entry of information by clicking Search: PRH. Private individuals and partnerships are not compliant.
Field | Description |

Name | The customer's name. Required field. Apply to the PRH with a business ID. |
Description | Internal label, shown on the customer card. |
Customer group | Select a group or add a special group. |
Business ID | You can retrieve the customer's information from the PRH by name. |
Phone, email, homepage | Contact details. |
Address information
Fill in your billing address information, name, address, zip code, and city

Enter your shipping and billing address.
Use the blue text links to copy the data.
The Billing Customer field isn't visible on all accounts. The customer's invoices can be sent to the selected invoicing customer, if your company has a need for this, please contact our customer service.
Billing settings
On the Invoicing settings tab, you can set settings specific to the customer card.
This guide goes through the most commonly used fields.
Tieke
If the established customer has a business ID, you can use the Tieke search to search for an e-invoice address.
Select the button to complete the e-invoice operator and e-invoice address fields.

Price list | Select a price list for the customer. (The price list must be created for the customer first) |
Language of invoices | Select the language to be used for invoices for the customer. Please note, the feature requires multilingual products to be enabled for the account. |
Invoice description internal and customer | Invoice label (internal), does not go to the customer's invoice. Invoice legend (customer), a standard invoice legend that is always wanted as a legend before invoice rows |
Email (billing) | Separate email for invoicing. |
Customer number / Customer ID | Internal and external customer identifier. |
Our references and references | Standard invoice reference information for the customer |
Invoice delivery method in an external system | The field is not visible on all accounts, visibility is specific to the customer's financial management system |
E-invoice operator / address | For e-invoicing. |
Receipt | Customer-specific payment terms |
Contact persons and persons in charge

You can add teams of responsibility and special groups.
Add responsible persons from the +add button and define their roles and, if necessary, their time intervals.
Add a contact
Add contacts by clicking +New contact.
Fill in the name, title, role, and contact information.
Use the Connect button if the contact already exists with another account.
If you're using ticketing, you can set default successors for tickets on this tab.
Timesheet project
You can create a project for a customer when you create a customer, and you can select the time entry task group to use in it.
Please note that the time tracking tab is no longer visible when the customer has been saved.
Edit a customer
You can edit the customer card information by clicking the customer card button.
Basic information, address information, billing settings, contact and responsible persons will be edited.

Archiving, restoring, and deleting a client
Client archiving and recovery
The customer can be archived by clicking the Archive button on the customer card and returned from the archive.
If you want to archive a customer, go to the Active or Prospects tabs and find the desired customer.
If you want to return an archived customer from the archive, go to the Archive tab and find the desired customer.
Select the desired customer account and open the customer card. The customer account to be archived has an archive button, if the customer has been archived, there is a restore from archive button.


Remove a client
The customer can be removed if no projects have been created for the customer relationship or hour entries have been allocated.
