Checklist: Why is the Task not visible to the employee on the time registration page?
Follow the steps below in order to ensure that the employee sees the task correctly in the Koho system.
1. Open the project
For example, navigate to a project in one of the following ways:
From the Projects tab
With the search function (upper right corner)
Through customer data
2. Enter edit mode
To open the edit view of the project, click the Edit button.
3. Review tasks
Go to the Assignments tab.
Make sure that the task has been added to the project.
N.B: Tasks with the eye icon hidden (not active) are not visible on the hour registration page.
We recommend the use of Tehtäväryhmä.
4. Check attendees and visibility
Go to the Attendees tab.
Make sure that the employee:
Have been named as a participant in the project , or
Project visibility is set to "All"
⚠️ Please note: If a worker's specified time slot has expired, they will no longer appear as a participant.
Solution: Update the time range or clear the End date field.
5. Test visibility in the Shifts view
Try to see if the task appears to the employee in the following ways:
Function | Description |
|---|---|
+ Session | Create a new shift and check if there is a task. |
Lookup field | Use the search in the upper right corner to search for a task or project. |
Favorites | Check if the task is saved in the employee's favorites. |
6. Contact Support
If the task is still not visible, please contact Koho customer service for further investigations.
