Start menu
After logging in, the home screen opens, where you can:
View or record sessions (Session list)
Start or control your workday clock
Switch to Timesheet view
If you have more than one Koho account, you can change the account from the drop-down menu at the top.
You can check out from the menu in the upper right corner.

Working time clocking
To start clocking, press the job type (e.g. At work) on the right-hand side.
To add a comment to the posting, click the comment field.

Stop clocking
Press "Stop" when the job finishes.

New session
Create a new shift on the home screen with the button "+ Add a session".

Customer (search and select from the list)
Date & Task
(Optional) Phase
Start and possible end time
Invoice description and internal comment
Products and attachments
To save the shift, press "Save".

Add products
Press "+ Product"
Select the product, specify the quantity and price
If necessary, add a description

After clocking, the shift details are displayed at the bottom of the user interface.
Edit the session with the pencil button on the right.
To end the shift, press "Stop".

Session list
You can see your previous shifts in the Session list view.
Functions:
Time frame at the top (edit with the calendar button)
Sessions are displayed grouped by date
The card shows:
Date and duration
Customer, project and task

You can edit sessions by clicking the edit icon on the right.

Timesheet
In the Timesheet view, you can manage working hours by project tasks.
Navigation:
Days in the week view: from the top bar
The calendar button in the upper right corner shows longer time intervals
Bottom right: "All approved" indicates that you have no unapproved entries

Add tasks
Press "Add tasks"
Search for a project by name and select tasks
Press "Add Selected"
If you add only one task, you can also add a shift at the same time.

"Start clock": the task becomes active
"+ Add a session": add a single shift
"Stop": pauses the shift

Edit the entries with the pen button.
Change a date, task, or work order
Deletes the shift with the "Delete" button at the bottom

Approval
Press "Accept" to transfer the shifts to invoicing.

GPS Tracking
If your company uses GPS tracking, make sure that location tracking is enabled on your mobile device when requested by the Koho app.
Always follow your company's instructions on how to use GPS tracking.
